BLUESLAG Slag conditioning
BLUESLAG is our name for processes and aggregates for the conditioning of slag from the production of metals, metal alloys, metallic compounds and semi-metals such as silicon or chemical substances such as carbide. It is becoming increasingly important today that the by-products (slags) actually become products and not waste. This can be achieved well by the targeted conditioning of slags, either by adding further input materials in targeted doses, by pre-treating input materials and/or by further treatment of the slags by electrothermal processes.
